RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Business Manager include:

Organizational Management

• Lead L10 meetings
• Streamline communication with the Visionary and the organization
• Create the organization’s VT/O
• Build out the organization chart
• Identify personnel gaps to fill
• Assist in implementing EOS

Financial Management

• Own P&L responsibilities at a high level
• Gather and understand all financial data points for discussion with the Visionary and Leadership Team

Project Management

• Communicate project timelines, materials required, and roadblocks to all parties involved, from Visionary to Customer
• Oversee all sales activities from start to finish
• Track the flow of jobs, vehicle maintenance, and training of the crews
• Handle the project scheduling / planning of projects and crews
• Manage all necessary resources for the successful completion of a project
• Maintain and expand lists of sub-contractors in various industries related to company growth

Warehouse Management

• Overseeing the management of the warehouse

This is an on-site/in-person role. Relocation available to the Grand Prairie / DFW, TX area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5+ years Operations Leadership experience in a growing company (non-corporate)
• 3+ years of proven P&L responsibilities in small to medium-sized companies within and beyond the $4-6M range
• Management of teams of 10+ more employees
• Strong Project Management skills
• Customer facing experience

Preferred

• Construction backgroundGlass, Glazing, and / or Window Film industry
• Merger & Acquisition experience
• CRM experience (such as TintPro, Hubspot, etc)

Desired

• Bullet-proof glass experience / knowledge
• Security (Physical) background
• Military experience
• Software migration experience
• 4-year degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

THE COMPANY – Metro Tint Texas

Metro Tint Texas specializes in home and commercial window tinting, decorative window film, and security window film installation throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. In addition to solar control, security, and decorative window film products, we provide security screens, riot glass security panels and bullet resistant “ballistic” glass. We are looking to grow our window film business while expanding our presence on the security glass side. With the multitude of products and services we offer, we are aiming to expand our geographical and market presence throughout the nation and beyond.

Salary: $75K - $95K with profit share
